Strategic Creative Direction Personal Brand Photography — Ongoing

A great photograph does more than capture a likeness. It communicates authority, warmth, presence and purpose. TGRG’s creative direction work exists to make sure that when founders, creatives and cultural figures step in front of a camera, the images actually reflect who they are.

We have directed personal brand shoots for radio presenter Angie Greaves, Grammy-nominated MC Tippa Irie, publisher Valarie Brandes and Michelle De Leon, founder of World Afro Day. Each project is built from scratch: consultation, concept development, moodboarding, photographer selection and briefing, location sourcing, makeup artist coordination and full creative oversight on the day.

The results go beyond strong images. One client told us she had never considered professional photography before working with TGRG. Afterwards, she described it as part of how she shows up, not just online but in herself.

That shift, from reluctant to convinced, from unseen to seen, is what this work is really about.
