Hourly Pay: £15 p/hr plus commission

TGRG is looking for two virtual booking agents. You’ll be an integral part of the team working with the team to secure and administer bookings for our phenomenal roster. To apply for this role you will need to upload your CV and a covering letter.
You’ll be responsible for:
- contacting new clients and establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Updating talent information documents
- Updating clients on new talent activities i.e television appearances, recent talks etc
- Sending out relevant booking information to potential clients
- Drafting communications to go to clients
- Input into outreach strategy and opportunities for new income streams
- An ambassador for TGRG
SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of the entertainment and/or events conference space
